The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian.  This role offers the opportunity to practice advanced medicine within a supportive and collaborative environment while benefiting from the resources of a nationally respected veterinary network.

The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, confident in surgery and dentistry, and committed to building long-term client relationships.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Perform comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups
  • Diagnose and manage medical cases
  • Perform surgical and dental procedures
  • Communicate treatment plans and recommendations with clients
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership
  • Monitor patient care standards from intake through discharge
  • Participate in daily rounds, hospital updates, and team training initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited institution
  • Active veterinary license
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and dental skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality medicine

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation

  • Base salary: $125,000 – $140,000
  • Production bonus with no negative accrual
