An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, multi-doctor small animal practice in the desirable town of Los Gatos, California. With a supportive team of experienced veterinarians, registered veterinary technicians, and dedicated support staff, this hospital provides an environment where doctors can focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

This position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with weekend coverage available, making it ideal for veterinarians looking for flexibility without compromising on professional development or clinical standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality preventative, medical, and surgical care for companion animals.

• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and education.

• Work collaboratively with an experienced team of veterinarians and skilled RVTs.

• Utilise modern diagnostic and surgical equipment to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented hospital culture.

What We're Looking For

• DVM or VMD degree.

• Valid California veterinary licence (or eligibility to obtain one).

• DEA licence (or ability to obtain).

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and client service skills.

• Passion for continued learning and delivering high-quality medicine.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary of $140,000–$200,000, plus production (no negative accrual).
