Global Veterinary Careers are assisting a modern, forward-thinking veterinary practice looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic team of four vets, led by an inspiring Clinical Director who is passionate about helping their team grow and reach their full potential.

The Role

You’ll be joining a close-knit veterinary team where collaboration is encouraged, clinical discussions are valued, and you have the support to continue developing your skills and confidence.

• Work alongside a team of four vets, supported by an experienced and supportive Clinical Director.

• Deliver high-quality consultations, routine surgery and medical case management.

• Enjoy a varied first-opinion caseload, with opportunities to develop your clinical interests.

• Benefit from strong leadership, regular case discussions and a culture that encourages learning.

• Work four days per week, with a shared weekend rota.

• Play an active role in delivering excellent patient care and building lasting client relationships.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to continue developing clinically.

You’ll need:

• A minimum of three years’ veterinary experience, including UK experience.

• Experience in first-opinion small animal practice.

• Confidence with routine consultations, surgery and medical case management.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.

• A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in learning from those around you.

• MRCVS status, or eligibility to register with the RCVS.
