The Role

As Clinical Director, you'll combine inspiring leadership with high-quality clinical care, helping establish one of London's most exciting new veterinary practices.

Initially, you'll spend additional time supporting the launch of the practice, before moving into a role with approximately 80% leadership responsibilities and 20% clinical work, giving you the opportunity to focus on developing the team, driving clinical excellence, and creating an exceptional client and patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a talented team of veterinary surgeons, nurses and support staff
• Creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing practice culture
• Driving clinical standards and continuous improvement
• Mentoring and developing colleagues throughout their careers
• Managing clinical workflows and maintaining exceptional patient care
• Building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service

About You

This opportunity would suit either:

• An experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon looking to step into their first Clinical Director position, or
