📍 About the Practice & Location:
ituated in an accessible location in Warwickshire, the practice is run with the autonomy and atmosphere of an independent clinic. It offers modern facilities and an experienced team, with the practice partner being an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Surgery. Facilities include:

• 📸 Digital & Dental Radiography

• 🔬 Laparoscopy & Endoscopy (Rigid & Flexible)

• 📡 Colour Doppler Ultrasound & ECG

• 🦴 Extensive Orthopaedic Equipment (frequent TPLO procedures)

• 🧪 Advanced In-House Diagnostics & Intra-Articular Therapy

👨‍⚕️ About the Role & Team:
You will work alongside a collaborative team of Vets and RVNs, handling a varied first-opinion caseload with the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests.

• 🗓️ Rota: 4-day working week.

• 🏥 Weekend Rota: 1 in 6 weekends (9am–7pm) at a nearby hospital, giving exposure to a wider range of cases and ensuring continuity of care.

📋 About You (To Be Considered)

• 🐾 Qualified MRCVS with a minimum of 2 years' UK clinical experience.

• ✂️ Confident with routine surgery and all-round clinical care.

• 👁️‍🗨️ Candidates with an interest in Medicine, Ophthalmology, or Dermatology are highly desirable, though all clinical interests are welcomed!

• 🗣️ Strong communication skills and a passion for client education and exceptional patient care.

• Right to work in the UK (candidates not requiring visa sponsorship or relocation are preferred).

• ⏱️ Ideally available to start within 2 months (up to a 3-month notice period considered).

💰 Benefits, Including Salary:

• 💵 Salary: £44,000 – £68,000 (DOE)
