Job Title: Experienced Veterinary Nurse – Full-Time or Part-Time

An independent small-animal clinic in Melbourne’s east is seeking an experienced and passionate Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly, animal-loving team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who enjoys a busy, varied caseload within a supportive and positive team environment 🐶🐱

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with veterinarians to provide excellent patient care and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

🐾 Assisting with surgery and anaesthetic monitoring
🐾 IV catheter placement, blood collection & in-house lab work
🐾 Diagnostic support for ultrasound and X-ray
🐾 Basic dental procedures
🐾 Nursing care, reception duties & client communication
🐾 Working calmly and proactively in a busy environment
🐾 Collaborating effectively within a close-knit team
