My client in West Sussex is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and well‑established RCVS‑accredited team

They are seeking an approachable, team‑focused Vet with excellent communication skills and confidence in sole charge. You’ll be experienced and comfortable delivering high‑quality client service and applying contextualised care.

• Salary – up to £65,500 dependent on experience
• Full-time 40 hrs/week – flexible working/part-time considered for the right candidate
• Ideally 4 days per week (3 consulting and at least 1 op) – however they could accommodate a Consult only Vet 
• 1:4 Saturdays

• Second on call rota – 1 full week in 15 supporting the hospital

You will be working alongside: 

• 2.5 Vets
• 4 RVNs (3 FTE)
• 2 experienced part‑time Receptionists
• 1 full‑time ANA

You’ll enjoy working with excellent facilities, including dental X‑ray, high‑quality ultrasound, a dedicated theatre, separate dog and cat wards, and an in‑house lab. They are proudly ISFM accredited
