£35,000 – £75,000 DOE | Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) | Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

The Practice
This independent, multi-site small animal group operates several modern, well-equipped practices across North East Hampshire, offering easy access to both London and the South Coast.
Facilities include:

CT scanner (at one site)

Digital and dental X-ray

Ultrasound

Flexible endoscopy and gastroscopy

Fully equipped operating theatre

Large prep area

In-house laboratory

Separate dog and cat wards, including isolation

Multiple consultation rooms
The team includes certificate holders across a range of disciplines, and the practice is ISFM Cat Friendly accredited, making it an excellent environment for ongoing clinical development.
The Role

First-opinion Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon
-
Varied and engaging caseload
-
Supported by a strong team of RVNs, SVNs, and experienced reception staff
-
Mix of consulting and surgery
-
Flexible rota with early and late finishes
-
Shared weekend rota
-
No OOH or night duties
-
12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate, if preferred
Full-time preferred, though part-time will be considered.
About You

RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

Confident with routine consultations and surgery

Comfortable building strong client relationships

Keen to work cases up properly with excellent support

Interest in certificates welcomed and actively supported
