The Practice

This independent, multi-site small animal group operates several modern, purpose-built practices across North Hampshire, offering convenient access to both London and the South Coast.

Facilities across the group include:

• CT scanner

• Digital and dental X-ray

• Ultrasound

• Flexible endoscopy and gastroscopy

• Fully equipped operating theatre

• Large prep area

• In-house laboratory

• Separate dog and cat wards, including an isolation suite

• Six consultation rooms

The team includes multi-site certificate holders, with vets holding interests and expertise in areas such as dermatology, acupuncture, cardiology, ultrasound, surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, and exotics.

The Role

• First-opinion Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

• Varied and engaging caseload

• Supported by a skilled team of RVNs, SVNs, and experienced reception staff

• Mix of consulting and surgery

• Flexible rota with early and late finishes

• Shared weekend rota

• No OOH or night duties

• 12-month fixed-term contract, with the option of a permanent role for the right candidate, if preferred

About You

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Confident in routine clinical examinations and surgery

• Comfortable building strong client relationships

• Keen to work cases up properly in a well-supported environment

• Interest in certificates welcomed and actively encouraged

Salary & Benefits
