We’re representing a well-established small animal clinic in Salisbury seeking a Full-Time Veterinarian to join their team.

About the Role

You’ll be working across a varied small animal caseload, including consults, surgery, and diagnostics, with the support of experienced vets and a strong nursing team.

This is a great opportunity for a vet who enjoys a mix of medicine and surgery and wants to continue developing their clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality veterinary care across consults and surgery
• Perform routine and soft tissue surgical procedures
• Utilise diagnostic tools including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab
• Build strong client relationships and provide clear communication
• Collaborate closely with the veterinary and nursing team
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records

About You

• BVSc (or equivalent) and eligible for registration in Queensland
• Experience in small animal general practice
• Confident with consults, routine surgery, and case management
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team culture

The Clinic

This is a modern, well-equipped practice featuring:

• IM3 Dental X-ray system
• Brand-new digital X-ray machine
• Ultrasound
• Full in-house IDEXX laboratory
• Dedicated surgical suite and prep area

The clinic operates with two vets per day, supported by 2–3 experienced nurses, and also benefits from visiting specialists for more complex cases.
