Head Veterinary Nurse In CheshireÂ
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN to step into a leadership role at a friendly, well-established small animal clinic in Cheshire.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys mentoring, developing others, and driving high clinical and client care standards.
About the Role
- Salary up to £38,000K
- 4-day working week with a set day off
- 9-hour shifts
- Includes duty nights and 1 in 4 weekends
- Consult lengths: 15 minutes (sick pets) / 10 minutes (vaccinations)
Opening Hours
- Mon: 08:00–19:00
- Tues–Thurs: 08:00–20:00
- Fri: 08:00–19:00
- Sat–Sun: 09:00–15:00
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified RVN with solid clinical experience
- Confident, proactive and supportive leader
- Enjoys mentoring RVNs, students and VCAs
- Strong communicator with a patient-focused approach
- Motivated to maintain and develop clinical excellence across the team

- Approx. 50/50 dog & cat caseload
