An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step as Head Vet within a progressive, independent, well-supported small animal practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented veterinary and nursing team.

Overseeing and driving the continuous improvement of clinical standards and protocols.

Managing a varied and interesting caseload while providing exceptional patient care.

Working alongside the management team to deliver the practice’s strategic vision.

Supporting colleagues’ professional development through coaching, training, and case discussions.
What We’re Looking For

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP experience and leadership capability.

Passionate about delivering gold-standard, evidence-based clinical care.

A confident decision-maker who enjoys leading from the front and developing others.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
