About the Role

As Head Veterinary Nurse, you will work closely with the veterinary and management teams to:

• Lead, support, and mentor the nursing team
• Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
• Oversee daily nursing operations and workflows
• Be hands-on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care, and client support
• Contribute to training, rostering, and continuous improvement within the practice

About You

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
• Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
• Strong clinical skills with a calm and organised approach
• A positive, team-focused leader who leads by example
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
