The Role:
As Head Vet, you’ll play a key part in guiding the clinical direction of the hospital and supporting a passionate, engaged team.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical leadership and supporting continuous improvement
• Coaching and mentoring vets and nurses to develop their skills 🙌
• Delivering gold-standard, evidence-based veterinary care
• Working collaboratively as part of the management team
• Helping maintain a positive, progressive and supportive culture

Working pattern:

• 4-day working week
• 1:4 weekends
• No formal OOH, with occasional on-call support for inpatients 🌙

• MRCVS-registered, with solid all-round small animal experience
• Confident in decision-making, clinical leadership and case management
