My client is Essex is looking for a Head Nurse to join their team! 

If you are a seasoned RVN looking to take the next step, or an HRVN who is looking for a new environment I urge you to apply. 

Managing a team of 5 you will be expected to be confident in all aspects of nursing and have some leadership qualities, however training will be provided. 
 

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day running of the practice, your week will be split across clinical and admin tasks. You will remain hands-on in a clinical capacity while also taking ownership of nurse rotas, workflow, training, and professional development, creating a positive and supportive environment where nurses can thrive. 

The role is full time however for the right candidate they can be flexible, 40 hour working week ideally with a weekend rota (to be negotiated at interview stage) you will also be expected to work 1 week a year on call.
