Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (HRVN) – Independent Practice, South West London | £40,000–£45,000

Join a thriving, independently owned small animal practice in South West London, led by experienced Veterinary Surgeons and continuing to grow rapidly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Head RVN role within a modern, multi-floor clinic – including a dedicated cat-only clinic alongside separate dog and exotics facilities.

The Role:

• 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)

• Blend of clinical work and leadership responsibilities

• Supporting and developing a growing nursing team

• Working across both dog and cat clinics

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing inpatient care and surgical nursing

• Leading day-to-day nursing operations

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

• Hands-on clinical duties including consults and lab work
