my client in South London is looking for an ambitious, compassionate and clinically driven Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join this award-winning team.

  • Champion exceptional standards of nursing and patient welfare
  • Work alongside experienced clinicians across a broad range of disciplines
  • Develop your own clinical expertise while supporting others to do the same
  • Encourage confident, evidence-based nursing practice
  • Help shape protocols, standards and the future direction of the nursing team
  • Support the development of student nurses and colleagues at every stage of their careers
  • Play a key role in creating a culture where nurses are trusted, respected and empowered
  • Balance hands-on clinical nursing with meaningful leadership and team development

  • Accommodation in central London available if required
  • Salary of up to £48,000, depending on experience

They are looking for an experienced RVN who is ready to take the next step, or an established nursing leader looking for an environment where they can make a real impact.

  • Is passionate about exceptional patient care
  • Leads with empathy, confidence and integrity
  • Enjoys developing and supporting other nurses

  • Wants to keep learning and encourages others to do the same
  • Understands that great leadership is about bringing the best out of people
  • Wants to be part of something ambitious, progressive and genuinely collaborative
