The Role

An exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-equipped, progressive small animal practice. The role offers the chance to deliver high standards of clinical care within a supportive team that values collaboration, development, and client relationships.

You’ll handle a varied caseload encompassing consultations, surgery, and preventive care, supported by a dedicated nursing and client care team. With dedicated admin time and flexibility built into your week, you’ll have the structure and autonomy needed to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing exceptional medical and surgical care across a varied small animal caseload

Delivering preventive and wellness services with a strong focus on client communication

Working collaboratively within a close-knit clinical team

Managing your day efficiently with protected admin time built into each shift

What’s Needed

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

Confident in general practice with surgical and strong consulting skills

Excellent communicator and team player with a passion for pet wellbeing

Hours & Rota

Full-time: across 4 days

1 in 4 weekend rota

Consistent day off each week for work-life balance
