Veterinary Surgeon – Crawley (Independent Practice)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing independent small animal practice in Crawley. With both full-time and weekend-only roles available, this is a flexible position offering excellent facilities, varied caseload, and genuine career development.

The Role

• Full-time: 40 hours per week across 8-hour shifts
• Flexible weekend-only options also available
• Mix of consultations, surgery, and inpatient care
• Maximum 1:4 weekends (full-time) with time off in lieu

• Suitable for vets with interests in surgery, medicine, or diagnostic imaging

About You

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Ideally 2+years small animal experience
• Confident with routine surgery and consultations
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Passionate about high standards of patient and client care

• Newly opened, purpose-built site with state-of-the-art facilities
• Access to CT scanner, laparoscopic theatres, dental suite with dental X-ray, digital X-ray, in-house lab, and separate species wards
