We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern independent small animal practice in South Devon.

Offering a sustainable part-time rota, no OOH, and full clinical freedom, this is ideal for a vet seeking long-term balance within a genuinely supportive team.

Key Details

• Role: Part-Time Veterinary Surgeon (Permanent)
• Location: Devon, South West England
• Salary: £50,000–£75,000+ DOE (pro-rata)
• Hours: Min. 20 hours/week (2 long days or 4 short days)
• Saturdays: 1 in 3 (9am–12pm)

• OOH / On-Call / Bank Holidays: None

• 5 consult rooms, separate cat/dog waiting areas & wards
