Lead Vet Surgeon needed

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Lead role within a modern, boutique-style first-opinion practice based in a highly desirable London location. Recently refurbished and well equipped, the practice offers an attractive environment for a Lead Vet looking to take ownership and make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining high clinical standards while shaping the overall client and patient experience. You will have genuine autonomy in day-to-day clinical and operational decision-making, supported by a wider regional veterinary network that provides both clinical backup and professional collaboration.

You will work alongside a capable and supportive team, including a Registered Veterinary Nurse and a Client Care Assistant managing front-of-house operations. The practice benefits from spacious consulting rooms, a modern theatre and prep area, in-house laboratory facilities, and digital imaging, enabling you to deliver high-quality care in a first-opinion setting.

Additional support is available through close links with a nearby 24-hour hospital, providing access to advanced diagnostics, out-of-hours care, and certificate holders across a range of disciplines. This structure allows you to follow cases beyond first opinion while continuing to develop your clinical expertise.
