Lead Veterinary Surgeon – North London – 4-Day Week

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent – Full-time
Hours: 4 days per week (9am–7pm, 1-hour lunch) + 1 in 6 weekend rota

About the Practice

This purpose-built, community-focused practice offers a varied caseload and is equipped with:

• Digital x-ray, ultrasound, and dental suite

• In-house laboratory

• Modern, spacious consult rooms and theatre

You’ll be supported by an experienced nursing and client care team, known for their professionalism and commitment to excellent patient care.

The practice also benefits from access to advanced facilities and referral support through a wider regional hospital network.

What We’re Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Minimum 4 years’ UK small animal experience

• Confident in surgery, diagnostics, and case management

• Strong communicator and natural leader

• Passionate about mentoring colleagues and maintaining high clinical standards
