What You’ll Lead
As the Lead Veterinarian, you’ll balance hands‑on clinical work with meaningful leadership responsibilities, including:
- Elevating patient care and ensuring consistent, high medical standards across the team
- Partnering with operations leaders on budgeting, staffing plans, and performance metrics
- Guiding medical protocols and ensuring a cohesive, positive client experience
- Managing doctor scheduling to support efficiency and sustainable work‑life balance
- Coaching Associate DVMs through case discussions, feedback, and professional development
- Leading rounds, team meetings, and culture‑building initiatives
- Collaborating with hospital management on client relations and service excellence
- Supporting recruitment and retention of talented veterinarians
- Serving as a respected representative of the hospital within the Dallas veterinary community
