Lead Veterinarian Opportunity – GP Practice -Ryde

A large, fully equipped veterinary practice near Ryde is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join our supportive and fast-paced team.

The Role

As Lead Veterinarian, you will:

• Manage a varied medical and surgical caseload
• Mentor and support the veterinary team
• Help maintain and improve clinical standards
• Contribute to training and team development
• Support day-to-day leadership and workflow

About You

• 5+ years’ small animal experience
• BVSc/DVM or equivalent with NSW registration (or eligibility)
• Confident clinician with strong case management skills
• Interested in mentoring and leadership
• Motivated to contribute to team growth and development
