Are you a passionate Lead Veterinarian eager to be part of a supportive, vibrant practice? This well-established small animal practice in the Bankstown area, with a rich 40-year history and a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility, is seeking a dynamic vet to join their close-knit team.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the front by delivering high-quality medical and surgical care
• Mentoring and supporting the GP veterinarian team to help them grow in confidence and capability
• Playing a key role in practice leadership and strategy, including team development and marketing initiatives
• Guiding performance reviews and staff training alongside the leadership group
• Sharing knowledge with nurses and animal attendants

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in small animal general practice
