About the Role

Lead clinical operations within a busy small animal practice

Deliver high-quality consultations and surgical care

Manage cases independently from consultation through to outcome

Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients

Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best-practice standards

Collaborate closely with veterinarians and nurses across the wider group
About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in small animal practice

Confident in consultations, surgery, and occasional emergency presentations

Strong leadership capability with a calm, professional presence

Excellent communication and client relationship skills
