A well-established and highly regarded veterinary clinic in Malvern is seeking an experienced Locum Veterinary Nurse (Reception-focused) to assist with annual leave coverage from January to March 2026.

Due to the frequency of shifts and preference for continuity, the clinic is ideally seeking one recurring nurse who can commit to as many dates as possible.

This position suits a confident, organised and personable nurse with strong reception, client communication and administrative skills who can integrate seamlessly into an established and supportive team.

Reception Shifts Requiring Coverage

February 2026

• Thursday 05/02/2026 – 7:30am–4:00pm
• Thursday 19/02/2026 – 2:00pm–7:00pm

March 2026

• Thursday 05/03/2026 – 2:00pm–7:00pm
• Thursday 19/03/2026 – 7:45am–7:00pm
• Thursday 26/03/2026 – 7:45am–7:00pm

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) preferred
• Previous experience in veterinary reception or client services
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident managing bookings, phones, payments and client enquiries
• Reliable, professional and able to integrate effectively into the team
• Ability to follow clinic protocols after an initial induction
