The Role

An established specialist veterinary hospital is seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to provide reception cover while a team member is on extended medical leave.

The clinic is ideally looking for one nurse who can assist throughout the entire placement to provide continuity for both clients and the wider team.

This role would suit a veterinary nurse who enjoys client interaction, organisation, and being the first point of contact for clients and patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a busy reception desk
• Client communication and appointment coordination
• Administrative support
• Working closely with veterinary and nursing teams
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service

About You

• Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Previous veterinary reception experience
• Confident managing a busy reception environment
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• EzyVet experience is essential
