The Role

Full-time Lead Veterinarian position combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including:

  • Leading and mentoring the veterinary team
  • Delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
  • Supporting hospital performance alongside the Practice Manager
  • Coaching and developing associate veterinarians
  • Driving clinical standards and best practice initiatives
  • Leading doctor meetings and mentoring programmes

Requirements

  • DVM / VMD (or equivalent)
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
  • NAVLE certification
  • ECFVG or PAVE (if graduated from a non-AVMA accredited program)
  • DEA, State, and USDA licenses (or ability to obtain upon hire)
