The Role
Full-time Lead Veterinarian position combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including:
- Leading and mentoring the veterinary team
- Delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
- Supporting hospital performance alongside the Practice Manager
- Coaching and developing associate veterinarians
- Driving clinical standards and best practice initiatives
- Leading doctor meetings and mentoring programmes

Requirements
- DVM / VMD (or equivalent)
- Eligible to work in the US
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
- NAVLE certification
- ECFVG or PAVE (if graduated from a non-AVMA accredited program)
- DEA, State, and USDA licenses (or ability to obtain upon hire)
