The Role
You’ll join a well-established 15-vet team, working across a diverse and rewarding caseload. This is a true mixed position, with flexibility to develop your interests while maintaining variety in your day-to-day work.

4-day week (9am–6pm)

1pm finish following a night on call

OOH rota: 1 in 4 weekends (Fri–Sun)

4 weekday nights on call across an 8-week rota

Mix of small animal and farm work, tailored to your strengths
About the Practice
This is a proudly independent, thriving mixed practice with deep roots in the local community.

Main site in Neath, with three nearby consulting branches

Farm work across a loyal client base of ~200 farms (mainly beef & sheep, some dairy)

Small animal surgical hub with consulting branches

Full in-house OOH service with 24-hour nursing support

RCVS-accredited nurse training practice
You’ll be working alongside a genuinely supportive team with a wide range of experience levels, where collaboration is part of the culture and clinical discussion is actively encouraged.

Salary & Benefits

£50,000 – £60,000 DOE

6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays (or TOIL)

RCVS, VDS + one additional membership paid (e.g. BCVA/BSAVA)
