The Opportunity

We have a rare, yet exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join and lead our amazing team! As a Practice Manager across 3 clinics you will play an integral role in overseeing the day-to-day running of my clients clinics to ensure the patient experience is aligned with our values, and the delivery of administrative/reception functions is efficient and effective. This opportunity would suit an experienced Leader/Practice Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the team in executing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with recruitment, rostering, payroll, accounts and banking.
• Supporting and delivering uncompromising standards of care for our furry friend patients and ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Identifying and forecasting teams training requirements and promoting skills development.
• Promoting and upholding the team vision and values
• Leading and developing the team to promote and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Work closely with the Clinical Leaders to review business performance and achieve business sustainability & growth.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven business management and team leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience with delivering an excellent client experience in a previous leadership role is essential.
• Experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
• A Cert IV in Business is desirable but not essential.
• Desire to lead, engage and inspire a team.
• High attention to detail and time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines.
• Proactive and positive work ethic and attitude, willing to support the team wherever needed.
