Ongoing Locum RVN – East Kent

We are seeking a Locum Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a busy and well-equipped small animal hospital in East Kent for a 12-month maternity cover position, commencing 2nd November.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RVN looking to broaden their experience within a larger hospital environment, with exposure to ECC, orthopaedics and the potential to undertake Schedule 3 nursing duties.

The Role

🐾 Start Date: 2nd November

🐾 Duration: 12-month maternity cover

🐾 Days Required: Monday to Friday

🐾 Shift Patterns: • 8:00am to 4:30pm • 8:30am to 5:00pm • 9:30am to 6:00pm • 10:30am to 7:00pm • 11:00am to 7:30pm

🐾 Weekend Requirement: 2 in 9 Saturdays (8:00am to 4:30pm)

🐾 OOH/On-Call: None

🐾 No sole charge required

🏥 First opinion small animal practice

🏥 Team of 5 Nurses working alongside 3-4 Veterinary Surgeons

🏥 Varied caseload including ECC and orthopaedic procedures
