The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of emergency and hospitalised patients overnight, with full clinical autonomy and the support of an on-site RVN. You’ll have access to excellent equipment including digital X-ray, advanced ultrasound, video endoscopy, laparoscopy and multiparameter monitoring.
Dedicated handover time ensures continuity of care, and a comfortable on-site bedsit is available for rest and study during quieter periods.
They welcome applicants with previous OOH experience, but this role is equally suitable for confident day vets looking to move into emergency work. Calm decision-makers with strong communication skills will thrive here.
Shift patterns are flexible, and you’ll have an active role in shaping the rota and the future of the service.
