Veterinary Surgeon – Part Time

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, supportive practice commencing January 2026. New and recent graduate veterinarians are also encouraged to apply. This practice is committed to delivering exceptional, professional veterinary care to pets and their owners and has built a strong reputation with a loyal client base for high standards of care, treatment, and outstanding customer service.

The Role

  • Contribute to the daily operations of the practice and support ongoing growth through mentoring and leadership

  • Play a key role in practice development and daily workflow

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate care

  • Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to staff to foster a collaborative team culture

  • Perform a mix of consulting and surgery shifts (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and shared Saturdays)

  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care while efficiently managing caseloads with a progressive, hands-on approach

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent
