GVC are supporting a progressive, small animal practice in West London who are looking to add an experienced Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse to their clinical team.

This is a really lovely opportunity for an experienced RVN looking to step into, or continue developing within, a senior nursing role, working within a supportive and experienced team and gaining exposure to a varied and interesting caseload.

The role is a great mix of hands-on clinical nursing, team leadership, mentoring and day-to-day hospital support, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and visiting specialists.

There is also a strong focus on training, development and clinical standards, with plenty of opportunity to develop your own skills whilst supporting more junior members of the nursing team.

  • Supporting consistently high standards of patient care across the hospital

You’ll be hands-on clinically, whilst also taking on a senior role within the nursing team and helping colleagues develop their confidence and skills.

Training can be provided in areas where needed, with opportunities to develop further across more advanced areas of nursing.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, experienced RVN who enjoys working in a busy hospital environment and is ready to take on a senior position within the nursing team.

Most importantly, you’ll be approachable, supportive and a strong team player, with the confidence to lead by example and help create a positive working environment.
