Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking for a supportive team, excellent facilities and plenty of opportunities to develop your clinical skills?

This is a great opportunity to join an established 24-hour veterinary hospital in Faygate, Horsham, set in the countryside with free onsite parking and easy access to Gatwick Airport.

The Role

You’ll join a friendly and experienced team of 5 RVNs, 1 SVN, 6 Vets, 1 VCA and 5 CCAs. Applications are welcomed from both newly qualified and experienced Veterinary Nurses, with a team that is committed to supporting your development.

Your role will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients
• Nurse-led consultations and Schedule 3 procedures
• Supporting veterinary surgeons with consultations, surgery and procedures
• Patient monitoring, admissions and discharges
• Delivering excellent client care
• Working collaboratively with the wider veterinary team

The practice is spacious and well-equipped, offering:

• 4 consultation rooms
• 2 theatres
• CT
• Ultrasound
• Dental X-ray and dedicated dental area
• Separate imaging and laboratory areas
• Laser therapy facilities
• Access to 24-hour hospital support and clinical expertise

And there's one rather unique perk – three wallabies call Faygate home!

Working Pattern

This is a 4-day-per-week role, with a mixture of:

• Early shifts: 7:30am–4pm
• Late shifts: 11am–7:30pm
• 1 in 6 full weekends
• Shared on-call and Bank Holiday rota

About You

You’ll be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about patient and client care. You’ll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and be keen to continue developing your skills.

Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced RVN, you’ll receive support to build your confidence and progress your career.
