The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and caring RVN to join a friendly and experienced nursing team. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced nurse, you’ll find encouragement to grow, explore your interests, and make a real impact.

  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours) or part-time considered

  • Rota: Balanced mix of day shifts with occasional inpatient care duties

  • Weekends: 1 in 6 Saturdays, with Sundays and Bank Holidays off

  • Salary: From £26,000, rising

Your varied role will include inpatient care, nurse-led consultations, theatre and anaesthesia work, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with a skilled clinical team of vets, nurses, and support staff who value teamwork, compassion, and communication.

About the Practice

This is a purpose-built, RCVS-accredited small animal training practice offering excellent facilities, including:

  • In-house laboratory

  • Digital and dental X-ray

  • Ultrasound and endoscopy

  • Laparoscopy

  • Laser therapy

  • Dedicated quiet room

  • On-site hospitalisation facilities

  • ISFM Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic status

  • Mobile veterinary clinic
