About the Practice

This independent small animal practice has been serving its local community for over 130 years, operating across four sites in Hampshire — including a brand new practice that opened in March 2025. The practice is set on the edge of the South Downs National Park, with the New Forest and South Coast nearby and excellent train links to London — a truly enviable location.

The facilities are modern and purpose-built, with significant investment made in recent years into equipment including dental X-ray, video endoscopes, laparoscopy, CT and multiple multiparameter monitors. Staff turnover is very low, which speaks volumes about the culture they have built.

The nursing team is well established and well supported, with the practice already operating as a nurse training centre and IMR provider. An experienced senior team is in place to support development and ensure colleagues meet their goals.

About the Role

This is a permanent position available full or part-time, across any of the Hampshire sites. The rota is predictable and recurring — offering genuine consistency and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care, running nurse clinics, assisting vets, and contributing to the wider team. Schedule 3 skills are actively encouraged and supported.

✅ Pay from £13.99/hr up to £15.74/hr for Senior Nurses with additional responsibilities
