Registered Veterinary Nurse

Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking for a busy, dynamic small animal practice in East London? 

This role offers the pace and caseload variety of a hospital environment, combined with the close-knit feel of a branch practice.

The Role

• Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time considered

• 1:4 branch Saturday rotation

• 1:10 Sunday

The practice continues to invest in equipment and facilities, including a new ultrasound machine.

Facilities include:

• Two consulting rooms

• Spacious prep and theatre area

• Separate cat and dog wards

• Well-equipped in-house laboratory

As a Branch RVN, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care

• Assisting veterinary surgeons in theatre and consultations

• Maintaining accurate patient hospitalisation and treatment records

• Upholding excellent patient welfare standards

• Equipment cleaning, sterilisation and stock control

About You

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse

• Experienced and confident in a busy GP environment

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Enjoy supporting colleagues and student nurses

This role would particularly suit an RVN who enjoys the buzz of a high-volume caseload and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
