📍 Full-time | Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 (DOE)

We’re offering a rare opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to step into a Senior Clinical Director role with broad responsibility across multiple sites.

This is a key leadership position with clinical autonomy, where you'll shape strategy, drive clinical standards, and support a committed veterinary team delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical provision across multiple sites

• Set and implement clinical strategy and standards

• Lead and develop senior vets and clinical teams

• Maintain your own clinical caseload

• Work closely with business leaders on practice development

• Support clinical governance and service quality

• Manage out-of-hours provision (no night work required)

About You:

• Confident, people-focused leader with proven clinical management experience

• Skilled clinician with a track record of mentoring and developing others

• Strong communicator who can inspire, delegate, and deliver results

• Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Working Pattern:

• Full-time (flexible working considered)

• Participation in weekend rota (no night shifts)

Salary & Benefits:

💷 £70,000 – £100,000, depending on experience
