Senior RVN Opportunity – Independent Clinic | Bedfordshire Area

GVC are assisting an independent veterinary clinic with a fantastic opportunity across their sites in the Bedfordshire area. 

The Role:

• Senior RVN position with scope to step into some Head RVN responsibilities
• Leadership duties shared across the team, with opportunity to oversee at one site and support others
• Multi-site role offering great exposure and variety

The Practice:

• Independent, first-opinion group
• 12 Vets, 8 RVNs, and 4 SVN nurses (qualifying this year)
• Supportive environment with a strong team structure

Rota:

• 5-day week (8-hour shifts): 8–5, 9–6, 10:30–7:30
• Option to discuss a 4-day week
• 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30–5:30) with time off in lieu
• No OOHs

Salary:

• Newly qualified RVNs: £30,000–£31,000
• Experienced RVNs (15+ years): £36,000–£38,000
• Salary banding based on experience
• Additional bonus available for Clinical Coaches

Interview Process:

• Initial Teams call 
• Followed by a trial shift
