Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse – West London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RVN or Senior RVN to step into a new Senior RVN role within a friendly and well-established small animal practice in South West London.

The Role

• Hours: 40 per week – 4 days a week 

• Weekends: 1:4  Saturdays and 1:10 Sunday

• On-call: None

• Salary: £34,000 – £39,000 (DOE)

This role offers a mix of hands-on nursing and leadership responsibilities. Working closely with the Senior Vet, the Senior RVN will ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high clinical and client-care standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing diary and workflow management

• Coordinating clinical equipment and stock maintenance

• Supporting and mentoring colleagues

• Engaging and motivating the wider team

About You

This position would suit an experienced, confident RVN who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a passion for client service and supporting team development.

You’ll be proactive, approachable, and take pride in maintaining high clinical standards while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
