Senior Veterinarian – Small Animal (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Geelong, Victoria
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 + super (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

You will be joining a progressive practice with a strong local reputation, modern facilities, and a loyal client base. The role offers excellent clinical variety, autonomy in case management, and the chance to mentor and guide junior veterinarians.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading consultations and managing complex medical cases
• Performing routine and advanced soft-tissue surgeries
• Mentoring junior veterinarians and nursing staff
• Contributing to clinical decision-making and case reviews
• Supporting high standards of patient care and client service
• Assisting with clinical protocols and team development

About You

• BVSc (or equivalent) and eligible for registration in Victoria
• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in small animal practice
• Strong diagnostic, medical, and surgical skills
• Passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
