Keen to lead within a clinic that’s genuinely evolving how veterinary medicine is delivered?

A client we are representing in Southeast Queensland is embracing a bold shift in veterinary practice, integrating AI-enhanced tools to reduce clinical documentation, elevate client experience, and optimise patient care.

As they move beyond traditional practice models, they are now looking for a Senior Veterinarian who can bring leadership, curiosity, and a forward-thinking mindset to the team.

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’re not just maintaining standards, but helping shape them.

This will involve:

  • Leading by example across both consulting and surgical caseloads
  • Driving a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Engaging with new technology and systems that enhance workflow and patient care

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Veterinarian
  • A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
  • A forward-thinking mindset with openness to innovation and new technology
  • Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues
  • A vet who enjoys being part of a progressive, evolving clinic environment

What’s On Offer

A True Senior Opportunity
Step into a position where your voice is valued, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how the clinic continues to grow and evolve.

Professional Growth & Development
Access to a generous CPD allowance, staff discounts, and structured education through Vet Success Academy, covering:

A leadership team that prioritises communication, development, and staying ahead of the curve in modern veterinary practice.

Strong Clinical Team
Work alongside experienced vets and highly skilled nurses, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Modern Facilities
Purpose-built clinic with a full diagnostic suite and a strong focus on preventative medicine and wellness.
