What You’ll Do
- Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the hospital.
- Line‑manage senior team members including veterinary team leads, head nursing, and client service management.
- Oversee day‑to‑day hospital operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant clinical delivery.
- Maintain responsibility for clinical governance, including standards, protocols, audit, and continuous improvement.
- Lead rota planning and resource allocation to support sustainable workloads and service delivery.
- Manage hospital budgets, treatment costs, and expenditure, ensuring cost‑effective care without compromising quality.
- Support and develop teams through structured leadership, performance management, and succession planning.
- Champion consistent client experience standards aligned with organisational values and clinical priorities.
