What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality first-opinion small animal care across routine and more involved GP casework.
• Perform consultations and surgery to a high clinical standard, with a focus on safe, evidence-based decision-making and continuity of care.
• Contribute to case discussions and shared clinical standards across the team.
• Develop areas of interest (including surgery, if preferred) with structured support available.
• Support day-to-day standards and team outcomes, with scope to step into line management responsibilities over time if desired.

• Confident delivery of routine small animal consultations and surgery with safe, consistent standards.
• Clear clinical reasoning, appropriate case planning, and effective client communication to drive good outcomes.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining patient safety, documentation quality, and follow-up.
• Willingness to contribute to team-based case discussion and shared ways of working.
• Interest in developing further clinically (including a surgical bias if applicable), and/or stepping toward leadership responsibilities over time.
