 Independent Hospital Practice
Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 per annum (DOE) + 100% attendance bonus
Hours: Rotational across branches and main hospital, structured rota, no out-of-hours

About the Practice:
GVC is assisting a proudly independent hospital and small animal practice offering both first-opinion and advanced care under one roof. The practice has multiple branches and a main hospital with in-house CT imaging, visiting specialists, and a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Advanced diagnostics including in-house CT imaging for complex conditions and targeted biopsies

Soon-to-be-launched dedicated ECC/night team ensuring continuity of care without out-of-hours commitment for vets
The Role:
This position offers a perfect blend of variety and stability:

Rotate through branches and hospital with your day fixed at a single location

Work on both first-opinion and referral-level cases

No out-of-hours or late-night work thanks to the dedicated ECC team

Collaborate with 26 vets with a range of clinical interests and experience
Requirements:

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon (or eligible to register)

Minimum 1 year of small animal experience

Team-focused, flexible, and adaptable

Passionate about high standards of clinical care and client service

Comfortable with both first-opinion and advanced cases
