A client we are representing is seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian to join their purpose-built hospital on the Gold Coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident GP vet who enjoys both consulting and surgery and is looking for a supportive clinic with excellent facilities, experienced nurses, and a relaxed but professional team culture.
The clinic is replacing a long-term full-time vet who recently relocated to Brisbane and is looking for someone who can step confidently into a busy and rewarding role.
About the Role
- Full-time position
- 4-day work week
- Sole charge required:
- 1 weekday per week
- Every second Saturday morning
- Mix of consults and surgery
- Strong nursing support across the day
- Opportunity to work independently while still feeling supported
About the Clinic
This purpose-built hospital underwent a full high-end fit-out in 2023 and has been designed to provide a smooth and efficient workflow for both vets and nurses.
Facilities include:
- Ultrasound
- Digital x-ray
- Dental suite
- Dedicated ultrasound room
- Dedicated x-ray room
- Surgery theatre
- Two treatment benches
- Dedicated cat ward
- Dog run
- Three consult rooms
The clinic is very well supported by an experienced nursing team who handle a large amount of the technical workload, allowing vets to focus on cases and patient care.
The Team
The clinic is privately owned and led by a team with extensive veterinary industry experience. The owners are passionate about creating a positive working environment and are looking for someone who wants to become a reliable and valued part of the team.

- Someone comfortable taking responsibility and working independently when required
- Strong communication and client relationship skills

- A recognised Veterinary degree suitable for registration in Australia
