Lead Veterinary Surgeon |  (Small Animal)
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE
4- or 5-day week • No on-call • 1:5 weekends

The Opportunity

• Provide clinical leadership alongside the Clinical Director

• Support and mentor the veterinary team

Key Details

• 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days

• 1:5 weekend rota (currently 1:10)

• No on-call

• Supportive admin structure (HR, H&S, finance)
