Veterinary Surgeon – Whitchurch, Shropshire | Up to £70,000 + Clinical Freedom

This exciting Veterinary Surgeon opportunity in Shropshire offers the chance to join a well-equipped practice where you'll have genuine clinical independence and the opportunity to shape the future of the service.
This role is ideal for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who is confident with sole charge, enjoys surgery, and is looking to establish and grow a varied surgical caseload while building strong relationships with loyal clients.
The Role
- Salary £70,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
- 40 hours per week across 4 days
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9:00am–2:00pm)
- No out-of-hours
- Sole charge role offering excellent clinical autonomy
- Opportunity to build and lead a varied surgical caseload, with all surgical cases directed to you

About You
We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who:
- Is MRCVS qualified
- Has solid UK small animal GP experience
- Is confident working in a sole charge environment
- Enjoys surgery and wants to develop a varied surgical caseload
- Has excellent communication and client care skills
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care
