Veterinary Surgeon – Whitchurch, Shropshire | Up to £70,000 + Clinical Freedom

This role is ideal for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who is confident with sole charge, enjoys surgery, and is looking to establish and grow a varied surgical caseload while building strong relationships with loyal clients.

The Role

• Salary £70,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
• 40 hours per week across 4 days
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9:00am–2:00pm)
• No out-of-hours
• Sole charge role offering excellent clinical autonomy
• Opportunity to build and lead a varied surgical caseload, with all surgical cases directed to you

About You

We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who:

• Is MRCVS qualified
• Has solid UK small animal GP experience
• Is confident working in a sole charge environment
• Enjoys surgery and wants to develop a varied surgical caseload
• Has excellent communication and client care skills
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care
